CRM & Revenue Systems Architecture

A CRM arrives as a set of defaults, and most companies configure it once and then work around it for years. The tell is what lives beside it: the pricing sheet, the commission workbook, the approval thread. When those hold the real rules, the CRM is a filing cabinet.

MoGility Systems builds the layer underneath: the objects, automation, quoting and commission logic that let the CRM run the deal the way you price it. Whichever CRM you already run, and whichever one you choose if you have not chosen yet.

What this covers

  • CRM architecture. Objects, automation and data models built around your pricing and deal process, on the CRM you already run.
  • Quoting, built or bought. Sometimes the right answer is the vendor's quoting product. Sometimes it is quoting built on your own objects, which avoids a per-seat license and fits pricing the vendor's product was not built for.
  • Quote-to-cash. The path from a rep configuring a quote to an order that matches it, with no retyping and no cleanup after the fact.
  • Commission automation. Logic that holds up under credits, adjustments and the deal nobody planned for, instead of a workbook rebuilt every comp cycle.
  • Releases for your CRM. Changes version-controlled, reviewed by a second person and released through a repeatable process, so a Friday fix does not go straight into production.

How it is priced

Two steps. First the scoped assessment: two to three weeks, $3,500, and you keep the map either way. Then the build, at a fixed fee set by what the assessment finds. Most land between $12,000 and $50,000, and the assessment fee is credited toward it. Replacing your CRM, or your spreadsheets, with a CRM of your own is a larger build, priced on the Own your CRM page.

Who this is for

Companies whose quoting, pricing or commissions have outgrown what their CRM does out of the box, on any platform, and who have priced the vendor's add-on and winced.

Not sure where yours stands? The free CRM health check takes about four minutes and works on any CRM, a spreadsheet, or none.

Next step

First, a look at what is built today.

The scoped assessment maps what you have, what breaks and what it would take: two to three weeks, $3,500, credited toward the build.
