Not sure which one you need.
Three questions. This is roughly how it gets sized on a first call, and you can ignore the answer.
At 5 pages, this tier fits comfortably.
A guess from three sliders, not a quote. Add ons and the real page count move it.
You do not have to be technical.
Owning the code does not mean you have to touch it. We do all of the setup, in accounts that end up in your name, and we walk you through what each one is for once it is done. If you never open any of them again, the site still runs.
- We create the repository and put the code in it
- We set up the hosting account, connect it to the code, and turn on the free plan
- We buy or point the domain and configure DNS, SSL and email records
- We wire the forms, analytics and Google Business profile
- We hand over the logins and a plain English page explaining what each one does
The accounts are in your name from day one, not ours. That is what makes it yours. It also means you can hand the whole thing to someone else later without asking us for anything.
Optional, cancel anytime.
You can maintain the site yourself, and plenty of people do. These exist for the ones who would rather not, and there is a retainer underneath them if you want more than maintenance.
Watch
Uptime monitoring, dependency and security updates, and a yearly check that everything still works.
$100/mo
Tend
Everything in Watch, plus three hours a month of content, copy or layout edits.
$350/mo
Run
Everything in Tend, plus seven hours a month and priority turnaround on anything urgent.
$850/mo
Or keep us on retainer.
Monthly, quoted to the work
If you would rather have someone on call than a fixed plan, we take a small number of monthly retainers. A set block of hours each month, spent on whatever needs it: new pages, campaign landing pages, integrations, or the operations work behind the site. Cancel with thirty days notice.
Bolt on what you need.
Quoted with the tier, not billed as a surprise later.
Own it or rent it.
Most small business sites are rented. You stop paying, the site stops existing.
What you get here
- The code lives in your repository, under your account
- Hosting is free and stays in your name
- Change a phone number yourself, with AI or a text editor
- One fee, and nothing recurring unless you pick a care plan
What a builder platform gives you
- The site exists inside their editor and cannot leave it
- Hosting is bundled into a subscription you cannot cancel
- Plugins to maintain, and a plan tier for each feature
- Monthly forever, and it goes dark when you stop paying
How the work runs.
Half up front, half at launch. Fixed price, quoted before anything starts.
Two rounds of revisions included. Beyond that is billed at the add on rate, agreed first.
Content is yours to supply. Copy help and stock imagery are available as add ons.
Ownership transfers at launch. The repository, the domain, and the hosting account are in your name.
Tell us what you need built.
If you are not sure which tier fits, say so. That is a normal answer and it is on the list.
If you are a one person operation and the real problem is that nobody is answering the phone, that is MoOps. If the real problem is the CRM, quoting or forecasting system behind the website, see CRM and revenue systems architecture, or book the assessment.
