This track teaches the mechanics: scoping, charter, planning, risk, status and closing, using the templates built and refined across large programs, against a project of your own.

Eight weeks against one real project of yours. A weekly 45-minute working session plus async review of your documents.

Custom one-to-one training, built around your work.
Drill needs six seats and Kit is recordings only. If you are one person, or a team smaller than six, and you want live time rather than recordings, we build a plan from the same curriculum and work through it with you one-to-one.
How it works
- It starts with a free 30-minute intro call. You tell us what you are working on, and we tell you whether the custom route is the right fit. Nothing is charged for the call.
- Then the plan, which is the first paid step. A 90-minute working session on the project you are running and where it is stuck, followed by a written plan built from the group curriculum: scoping, charter, planning, risk, status and closing, the same material Drill uses. The plan keeps what applies to your work and leaves out what does not.
- Then live sessions, one-to-one. We work through the plan against your own project, with the Kit modules and template pack as reference material between sessions.
Custom one-to-one work starts at $800, and you know the price before anything is booked.
The intro call is free and comes first. Most people land on one of these three.

Kit is paid in full at booking. Drill is paid in full at registration, one seat per checkout, and seats do not transfer. Shadow is 50% at booking and the balance at the midpoint. The custom tiers follow the same rule: Plan is paid in full at booking, and Plan plus three sessions and the full course are 50% at booking and the balance at the midpoint.
